James doesn't deserve 'member of the week' He doesn't shower for weeks on end, his teeth is about to fall out I hear he has an obsession for soaking his feet in strawberry juice for at least an hour a day.

I did it once but it was like pulling teeth to get the full deposit paid.

It sounds like you are a relative newcomer to investing, and are being misled by an agent that has no business whatsoever to be encouraging you to tell what is basically a lie, and put yourself in a position where you might be found guilty of loan fraud.

We both want to be sure that he has no stake whatsoever in the new property if they happen to part ways down the road.  

Like I said, I have no issues whatsoever with either tenant other than the tenant who pays rent and is the only person on the lease wanting the other tenant out
