I'm not sure where the best place to post this is, but I wanted to congratulate James Ward for being named BP Member of the Week. I cannot think of anyone who deserves this more. Not only is James an awesome negotiator, but he also has great advice, which he's been willing to share with many on this site. His approach is well reasoned, thoughtful and always ethical. CONGRATULATIONS, JAMES! Well Deserved!

WAHOOO! Congrats James! I second and third everyone's sentiments. James has a way to work through ALL of my crazy fears in short sales and has hand held me BIG TIME!! He has serious patience. It must be a Southern thing because all us Northerners are way too "on edge"!!! THANKS JAMES!!
