Pay as you go security deposit
Has anyone allowed tenant to put down low security deposit and pay as you go to the full amount? For example security deposit $1000 they put down $200 and pay extra $100 a month towards security deposit.
Would like to hear of your experiences and whether you would entertain this.

@Watson Hilaire personally, absolutely not. I'd rather just wait for someone who has the money. Let's face it, in most cases, the security deposit almost never covers your turnover anyway, so why open up the added exposure of liability. Good luck.
