Hi my name is Austin and I am new to BP. I am 20 years old and just getting started in real estate. I am looking to learn as much as I can in general, but I am specifically interested in buying and holding small multifamilies. Is there any advice you guys could give me for starting out? What advice would you give your 20 year old self if you could? I would appreciate any help whatsoever so I can really try and kickstart my career in real estate investing.
