With the home costs and taxes around me being a little high I started looking into alternative means to fund my goal and instantly got addicted to the articles and podcasts on here. 

It is unbelievable the amount I see units going for.As business people we all have to have a number in our head or on paper that makes sense for us to walk away from an asset, even if that asset is producing... there is a number.

(More to follow on that I'm sure)I picked up the plans last night from the engineer and have to say I'm a little addicted to well-thought out projects at this point...this is completely different than investing in single family foreclosures.
