Hi, name is Adrian Thomas. I stay i. San Antonio, TX on western side of town. Im trying to learn more about real estate because of my 4 lil girls need their daddy around more. Currently I drive 18 wheeler national wide and I need help putting all this different ways of real estate together so we can enjoy life. So

No. You don’t. I put an Llc at the same level as needing logo or great business cards. It’s a waste of time and money keeping you from getting deals and doing other important things.

What you need are deals. Period. If you want protection then get insurance. Network, drive for dollars, put up door hangers, etc
