First Househack in Baltimore
Hello! My name is Austin and I am new to the Bigger Pockets community. I am looking to invest in my first househack in the Baltimore area (city or county). I am in the process of saving for a down payment while working full time at a local hospital. I would greatly appreciate any references, tricks, tips, etc on how to get started! Thanks in advance!

@Raymond Simms Everyone investor in Baltimore seems to know Scott Freitag from Eastern Savings who is a great resource, very knowledgeable. In terms of commercial lenders I've also found Bay Vanguard to have some good products.
For conventional loans, I've found Meridian bank to have the best prices/rates (recently).
