Not sure how this will all pan out or if we're at the top yet, but history tells us something has to happen. 

Speaking of cooking equipment, some people make the deadly mistake of placing their old pots and pans in a vacation rental.

The property comes turn key with all linens, silverware, pans, furniture etc so that is a plus.

And with the lack of transparency about the results of his investors he has lured more and more unsuspecting people to use their personal savings, retirement funds, second mortgages etc to invest with his company with presumably very little chance of their property ever panning out in the way he advertises.

People trust people who either make things happen or they believe can make things happen...that's what you sell.Emerson once said:"Self-trust is the first secret of success...the essence of heroism"Just keep at it...don't let your pop corn start to sizzle in the pan and then turn the heat down ( I've down that a few times).

Though, it didn't end up panning out with the buyer (i.e. couldn't come up with the funds, did not pass the park application process, etc).

This could easily be more like $450 if things pan out the way I want.  

The other possibility might be that during some recent maintenance or construction they "inadvertently" damaged your line and are trying to pan it off on you so they don't have to own up to their mistake.I would be concerned about a leak in a copper pipe.
