Don't have to be on call 24/7 but should return calls promptly and it is always nice when you have one that is actually on email so you can just send a few questions at night they can answer when they have a chance (If non urgent).- Offer good prices for quality work.

Unfortuantely, I am past the phase of living in a unit and leveraging an FHA for the rental property and that prompted my question of using FHA for my primary home and conventional loan for the rental investment.

I'd be curious what prompted to leave as I saw your post from 2 years said that it was the Rev Share and Stock awards that drove your decision to move to eXp. 

But your reference has prompted me to seek this type of service. 

They both seem to be getting paid and have been prompt with the rent.

Also, being consistent, prompt, and having a thought leadership platform can certainly add to your credibility.
