The national average is about 8 deals per year, typically anything under 25 is not proficient, 50 is great.There are so many different types of deals: condos, land, single family, duplexes, etc - across different price ranges (entry level, mid range, luxury) - if you do 8 deals a year, your last condo may have been years ago, you don't know the market.
