You only get a single point of contact for everything all encompassing, and unless they are 100% competent(not even proficient) you are screwed.

Are you proficient on market research and analysis?

The issues really happen when it's just R.E. agents begging for some $, pitching "I can do that too" and in reality there in breach of NAR codes because they don't have proficiency and expertise in it what so ever.

Mount airy can definitely be a very difficult area to navigate and I actually turned to Stuart and ask him about his expertise because sometimes even as a professional I am not 100% proficient in the neighborhood.

To be a proficient real estate investor you absolutely need to understand contract language.

So far they only demonstrated their proficiency in the art of selling but nothing talented about their industry knowledge.- They are extremely manipulative in their sales approach.
