There's a North VN spot, turtle tower, that makes pho northern style with home made noodles that are very tasty.  

I usually do flowers or my wife makes homemade cookies.

There is no dumping, it seems the waste water just filters through these old homemade tanks.

You can cut it down, and write on it with a marker for that 'home made' look (see #2).Just look for a Coroplast distributor in your local area

I mixed red chili powder in water, and sprayed it all over my front tires, wheel wells, and any areas that they were nesting daily.
