Is it just me or is everything breaking?

I have 13 properties. I don't know if it's everyone being home quarantined or what, but it seems like everything is breaking. Water heaters, septic stuff, and the random phone call for a cow being in the back yard. Anyone else getting more phone calls the last few days (I know...I should get a property manager)?

I've received several nuisance item complaints, such as missing window screens (that haven't been there in years) and toilet handle chain broke.  I attribute those to tenants being stuck at home.  Fortunately I haven't had any major repair calls, but I tend to stay on top of major maintenance.  Hopefully I didn't just jinx myself!
