They have great river rafting, 4 wheeling, hiking, biking, etc. 

I work for an architecture firm that does schools and courthouses and that sort of thing, and we often spec LVT because it's durable, scuff resistant, lasts a long time, and comes in all sorts of different shapes/sizes/looks. 

But other than that I'm trying to get the wheels rolling also.

Jake and Gino, authors of Wheel Barrow Profits, are well established multifamily investors in East Tennessee.

I buy mine from Master Halco, they aren't cheap but will hold up durability.

I am about to close escrow on my first one and this will come in very handy rather me having to re-invent the wheel!  

It has the hardwood look and very durable.

So these investors tend to spin their wheels instead of closing more property trying to get lenders to do things that are not realistic.
