Hello All,

I am interested in speaking to someone in the Knoxville area who owns one or more small apartment complex. By small apartment, I mean bigger than 8 units, but not more than 30-ish. I'm interested in getting into this market and want to learn from you. My wife and I are currently buy-and-hold investors and have 5 units, a mix of SFHs, condos, and a duplex, plus have one flip underway. If you're willing to give me some time, I'd much appreciate it.
