If you own a small apartment in the Knoxville area, let's talk
Hello All,
I am interested in speaking to someone in the Knoxville area who owns one or more small apartment complex. By small apartment, I mean bigger than 8 units, but not more than 30-ish. I'm interested in getting into this market and want to learn from you. My wife and I are currently buy-and-hold investors and have 5 units, a mix of SFHs, condos, and a duplex, plus have one flip underway. If you're willing to give me some time, I'd much appreciate it. @Chris Eaker You will have specific interest in the Sept 13th Knoxville Real Estate Investors Association (KnoxREIA .com) meeting. It is all about rentals - especially multifamily rentals. The main speakers are Jake Stenziano along with his partner @Gino Barbaro, and Steve Goldman.
Jake and Gino, authors of Wheel Barrow Profits, are well established multifamily investors in East Tennessee. They have a proven track record of buying, remodeling, repositioning, and profiting from all sizes of apartment neighborhoods
Steve, founder of Goldman Partners Realty, is one of the top apartment brokers in the entire state.
Additionally, several of our members own and/or manage 10-100 unit complexes and will gladly share their experiences with you.
