I would do a shower with glass rather than tub 

I've stayed in properties that offer a small selection of drinks or cheeses from local farms but have never seen it scaled to other aspects of the property.I'm wondering if any STR investors out there employ a similar arrangement?

California isn't the only State you can invest :) This investment doesn’t meet “The 1% Rule” if you search BP forums (using the magnifying glass feature, top right of your screen) you’ll get a lot of feedback on if this is a good investment or not.

I'm sure whoever is watching "the big game" will love hearing the blender instead of the big play until you finish the drinks.
