Beyond that, you have most of the other steps right - we use Apartments for rent collection (Cozy before it was sold), TransUnion Mysmartmove for background & credit checks, and advertise on Zillow, Realtor.Com, FBM, Trulia, Hotpads, Apartments (we don't use Craigslist any more, too many scammers).
