-i had a company reject a PA with multiple props and wanted me to send separate for each.

Do i still use a PA and have the seller sign it stating what lot property we are purchasing along with the legal Description and then assign the contract over to the investor ?

My memory isn't great, but I think standard MN PA requires that once a PA is signed, the seller has to have the buyer sign off on any leases.

Hey @Robert Stranix,Assuming you're wanting to continue to self-manage (while under the formal protection/control of a management company as your lender is requiring), your biggest hurdle with this will be getting licensed as a PA Real Estate salesperson.
