They eventually sold their business to another company and things were fine after that.All the others were easy.If you are going to switch, you might want to try that after a resident moves out.

I agree with the notes above but will also caution you to make sure you're very conservative in your underwriting for the multi-family properties with more square footage.

Other possible issues I may encounter with the address is with my home insurance, car insurance, and if the FHA does a check to see if I'm residing at the property.
