@Kyle Sutton,With the way phone numbers have gone since the cellphone explosion and telco breakups, area codes aren't very meaningful anymore as a locator.Even landlines in Puerto Rico can, for example, have a "Seattle" area code.I wouldn't be too concerned.

Changed title to be more meaningful and removed duplicate copy of post.Don't know about Texas, but in many states property managers must be licensed real estate agents.

I am also not sure people from different investment types could agree on meaningful content.

Every deal that ive ever done has been with someone who didnt live here in my market.above all real estate has changed my life......i am probably the 2nd most disciplined person that i know.....Because of real estate i started reading books......books changed my life......i started with rich dad poor dad and so on.....its sparked a new journey of self development for me......i get up at 430 and meditate, pray, affirmations, gratitude and then off to the gym.....i gave up red meat a few years back and i currently fast for 48 hours straight, weekly.....im physically a different person from 5 years ago and im grateful for that.......if there was a piece of advice that i could give you, read books.....not even really real estate books......this business is majority mindset.......focus on that and work on your discipline and you will go far........i can gift you RDPD if you dont have a copy

It doesn’t have the keywords but it’s catchy and meaningful for a broad audience

So, you just need to have other funds to access during the first 5 years.It requires a bit of planning, but the benefits can be pretty meaningful.

I do have two things to thank Fortune Builders for: sparking my interest in real estate, getting me to say the goal of purchasing my first property with in a year.  

So, as long as you know what you are looking at I think they are both meaningful.
