Ok so I've read some articles that helped me narrow it down to direct mailing to Pre-Foreclosures, which brings up another question: When direct mailing to people in that situation, do you guys find it better to send a letter rather then a post card?

Any experience with sales team live they do direct mail for real estate investors, hard to reach them waiting 3 3-4 days for a sales call back to me just curious does this mean they will no pick up if we have a problem down the link.So what is your experience with their list and mailing, response rate and conversions and have you tried the postcard or letters in yellow.
