I understand if you allow pets, you're opening doors for whole nother sector of renters' marketWhy else would you do it?

I know another guy waiting for people to die in Laguna woods (Leisure world area) and doing flips and making a nice little profit for himself.

Such is the beauty of the private sector in achieving public good.Another thing I have done is pick up trash on the street of one of my properties.

I use the kwikset smartkey locks so i can give contractors keys, then change it again anytime at my leisure, match security door to front door, etc.

I have thought about getting into the senior living sector but am now thinking of moving away from management altogether into asset management, eventually.

Because of the limited amount of land, in certain markets, and rising population growth, demand in the real estate apartment sector is high.

Growing population, low vacancies, etc. a good and growing tech sector, etc  My suggestion is to find a good commercial broker at a larger agency and use their dept of knowledge to help you find an excellent investment
