I’m still about 3 months fresh in this industry and I’m constantly doing research and browsing on BP to learn the ins and outs so when I do relocate to a Indy I can hit the ground running.

@Mingjun Zhu, I'll defer to @Michael S. as he has a lot more experience in the market but from many hours of Trulia, Zillow and Apartments.com browsing I'm seeing $1600-2250.

Or just browse Airbnb and Homeaway directly to get an idea of rates and occupancy.

I like the idea of airdropping in to a network of people doing similar things w/ STR development and reimagining what the next generation of hospitality assets can look like, but you could obviously find those folks on your own for free just by browsing Airbnb and contacting them.I'm interested in building a hospitality business that will grow and evolve over time, so I'm not against paying for this kind of stuff if it will actually be valuable in shortcutting the process and helping avoid pitfalls others have encountered ... might start w/ Jarbo's course given his experience w/ scaling / fundraising ... and the lower pricetag.

I did look at the number on on both airDNA and also browse Airbnb and look at rentals around there.  

I've been browsing BP forums for a couple of years but reluctant to take the plunge.

Sure, one may have better customer service, or points, or user interface, but at the end of the day they'll all get the job done.

UI just stands for user interface.
