Any luck on Palm Springs or Palm desert Airbnb?

I’m looking for properties to Airbnb in Palm Springs or palm desert. Has anyone had any luck with consistent bookings in those areas. I would also have to use a management company so I’m interested to see if anyone’s had any luck.
