As you have seen already...They somehow manage to force them, cajole them, bend them, cut them, poke them, rip them, etc.......I have seen everything from cutting them open purposely (to get in an open window on a lock out), to a full on Houdini cat claw jail break escape; then there is the just plain crushed like an accordion and shoved in a closet with no explanation...

Long story short bought a hud home in Houston for 82k 1600sqft 4/2/2 30yr oldavrg house goes for 100-108k in the neighborhoodcurrently owe 79k at 6.25% fixed 30 yrconfident i could realistically sell it for 108kowe 7k on my credit card that i used for capitol to fix it up. which is my credit limit and crushing my score- which eliminates the possibility of a refinance.
