New Wholesaler in the San Antonio Market

Hello! Im Tylor with Real Equity Acquistions. Were an investment brokerage based out of Cincinatti, OH. We recently opened up an office in San Antonio market and I am growing my active buyers list. What is the best, most effective way to find active, serious cash buyers? Cold calling is a given, reverse searching recent cash buyers/foreclosures as well, going to network events etc... but I am interested in hearing any out of the box methods that have worked for you. Thank you!
