My husband had to wear a hazmat suit and shovel them out.Then, there were the two little girls who hit their bedroom door knob into the wall, drew a target around the hole and filled the wall cavity with all sorts of "treasures" (dolls, donuts, nickels, tree leaves, candy, crayons, playing cards, etc.).

that sound like it might work it is online in Chicago, but but as far as to where to look i'm still fuzzing on, i search the county assessors website, the recorder of deeds website and the treasurers tax website, and i'm confused on how to pull that info with out going down there

But for right now the only buyer I would trust is someone with the actual cash. on the flip side we had 5 closings this last week  One hedge fund  One refi  ( big one ) One sale to owner occ ( Vegas and they were laid off from Casino just needed to get a letter from Casino that they will go back to work in 30 days which they did and FHA funded) payoff from 2 turnkey buyers one a US citizen the other I think from South America and one other owner occ all of these in different states..

I know times they be a changin... though.was just in Lincoln last summer for my niece's wedding stayed at Thunder Valley that's one nice Indian casino and hotel  by the way.My direct mail that I do now is in other states one were I live and others in the deep south were I am active.
