Should I keep my iron clad 16 page lease that has worked really well in the past or make it simple for a 1 week rental ?

@Patrick Britton  I find it ironic that you say all debt is bad, yet your profile says you are a lender.

A sturdy railing could be a suitable embellishment (nothing frail like cast iron filigree) add lighting, new house numbers and a nice mailbox.Keeping in mind the importance of the front door, it's curious why people always seem to want to highlight their garage door but it should really just blend in with the house and not get a lot more trim than a window. ie  Don't spend more money on it than necessary.

I eventually persisted and ironed out the wrinkles and now pretty much make money on every deal.

An LLC is not iron clad protection. 

Definitely have to say the time last year when I tried to unclog a drain myself at my 3 family home and being old cast iron it was so brittle that it snapped where it connected to the main drain.

Ironically the person I'm selling the house to was financing through .......Guess who......

Ironically, a tenant can bring you into court and see a judge about this TODAY. 

I have a call scheduled with my broker in the morning, I'm hoping everything can get ironed out quickly.
