So the end result is that if you use GW to RECEIVE money, you better be 100% sure that the person sending you the money won't screw you over or that the amount of money is either insignificant or worth filing a lawsuit over because any money you received can just disappear for no reason.Bottom line: DO NOT USE GOOGLE WALLET TO COLLECT RENT OR ANY OTHER PAYMENTS!

Some people disappear because they don't want to pay a $15 app fee.

I watched a house "disappear" a couple of weeks ago (like, at 10:00 the house was there & at 2:00 there was nothing but a graded lot) & all the owner did was stand there & jaw with his buddies.

But when I demanded credentials, first he/she disappeared, then came back and provided a photo shopped image of what was claimed to be a license to lend, issued by State of Nevada. 

We also had an incident here where a facilitator disappeared with some folks cash.

Buyers don't just disappear completly because there is no tax credits.

Eh, I think you highly overestimate the locals desires for all those things... just as many of them wish they oil people would pack up and leave so the cost of milk returns to normal, the traffic disappears, and they can actually get into their favorite restaurant again.
