Post tax credit sales
Any thoughts on retail sales activity after the expiration of the tax credit? How is it affecting your evaluation of comps and market time? Is retailing just too risky right now unless it is a no brainer deal? Presently I am only buying what I can sell at at least 10% below conservative comps for the area.
