He's newer to the area but has a background as a general Contractor as well and has worked enough investment projects to be able to know which are worth tackling and how much they'll cost.

This time around I plan to tackle this one with a better approach and more knowledgable to help minimize some of the heart aches and mistakes that come with being a landlord (been there done that).

The second time around he said he still hadn't received  it, and I asked him if it went to his spam folder, or click "all mail" in the event it was somewhere other than his primary inbox.

If they've got the manpower and machinery to tackle the job quickly, I'd definitely say it's worth the cost. 

I do not know if this is a route I will end up taking  but these properties appear too small for most people/companies with the necessary experience to be interested, and too big/daunting for newbies to want to tackle.  

Also, please check spam just to double check.
