I would rather have all the above (gold/silver & guns/bullets) So it's all about being aware of what's going on, taking what you hear with a grain of salt but doing your own research/investigation and coming to a conclusion and taking action.If you knew better you do better, if you do better you choose better :)

I believe your perspective, I'm just wanting to learn from your experiences what led you to this conclusion.

I didn't find any out there that didn't overuse percentages and averages in their conclusions as ways of determining good from bad.

I have thought about this alot too and came to the conclusion that I would not pay off rentals early.
