Has anyone ever used a flat fee listing agent in Chattanooga TN and can recommend them? What was your experience like if you don't mind sharing? Thank you.

@Adam Kirk, I looked into this when we went to that market and did some research.  I haven't used any of these but the cheapest I found was about $130 for 6 month listing and 25 photos.  There are a ton around $379 that run until it sells.  I have used this in MD in the past and don't have good feedback on it.  The biggest thing there was it seemed like realtors wouldn't show the property because it wasn't listed with another local realtor.  I'm sure a lot of them have had bad experiences dealing directly with a seller who doesn't know anything about real estate and they feel like they have to represent both sides.

I let a realtor sell all my houses now as I don't want to spend the time and effort on that part of the business. I would rather be out finding more deals to buy!  There are some great relators in Chattanooga who will be worth their commission for sure.

The two companies that I saw were Tennessee Flat Fee MLS and Results MLS when I was looking. A quick google search will give you a ton more though too.
