I don't vet my Vrbo guests, but they are a higher caliber than many of the Air crowd.My high rates screen out many undesirable.I do make sure they pay a pet fee if bringing pets.I have exterior cameras to keep track of things but have never had any issues in a very long time.

I really don't like pictures so I try to stay away from the camera but I guess I will have to get use to it, if I am going to be standing a stage one day giving motivational talks and speeches. hahaha.
