How to screen RE attrny and CPA

Im looking for a real estate attorney and cpa to add to my team but i dont know what to ask them to see if they are what i want!

I want someone who knows ins and outs of properties, asset protection with corporations/LLC's, and a CPA that knows depreciation and all kinds of stuff that i can write off as im doing the business.

What sort of questions do you think would be good to ask as i interview them BESIDES asking if they invest in INCOME real estate?
