Different wholesalers and companies have different stipulations and requirements for working with them and some are highly predatory so make sure you know their process before getting yourself and your buyer involved in a transaction with them. 

They also know that virtually no one will ever actually see any money from them on a rehab, and if they do the levels of stipulations will be so heavy that you will be lucky to make a dime, and more likely to owe them even more money.
