Licensed agents involved in wholesale deals?

Has a licensed agent, have you brokered wholesale deals whether it be buying side, selling side, or both?

I know it can be a little dicey with the commission being involved in wholesale deals as a licensed agent.

Want to know the process to be able to be part of deals.

I am in southeastern PA, if this helps anyone.
