Most of the walls are plaster, so was panning on going on top of it with drywall - needs new flooring, kitchen, bath, add AC to forced heat, may need a new roof, depending on extent of damage. 3 bed rentals around here going for $1800.

@ Tin Lam could you detail how you got the subject to deals on crialgist .. i have been trying and have no luck so far.. the people who wants subject to wants me to pay prices far beyond what the house is worth... so i am really surprise on how you got 2 subject 2 deals from criaglist.
