Investing in Lincoln Nebraska - UK Citizen needing advice
I am currently residing in Lincoln Nebraska on a visitor visa. I have spotted some great deals but having trouble with financing. Although I am trying to go for seller financing with some of the deals, I would like to have access to funds here in US Banks also.
I've had trouble with this since i do not have a social security number but I am not giving up. I am assuming I may need to partner with an investor from the USA on these deals, but is this the only way?
What advice can someone give me on how to proceed? Would very much appreciate it.

Those are interesting questions. I am in a business group with a lawyer. If she is there tomorrow I will ask her. Typically private and hard money lenders are short term, usually 6 to 18 months. I can also talk with a banker friend of mine and get his perspective.
