Second, how do you get a person to come to the door when they just talk through their ring doorbell?

I had always had a crystal ball simple one.( key ring) I would tell folks most times it was blurry and not giving me what I need at the time.

The fact that i use the term tenant improvement instead of the word remodel, rings up a bell on my mind that i dont speak the same language with them.

My city requires the ADU to look similar in style to the main home and I'm not sure how strict they are on this.I saw that Champion Home Builders operates in LA and they have a lot of pre-fab options.

i can just see my tenants taking a hammer to anything that rings up at a bill of 99 bucks..lol, just to put it over that edge...actually, they'd probably take a few extra whacks bc i'm a landlord jerk, right??
