Over the past 6 months, I been re-evaluating Entrepreneur working as an employee isn't working for me.

As a lifelong entrepreneur I've had many years where I've doubled or even tripled my income... but as a W2 employee I doubt you can ask your boss for a 300% raise and get one!

You are a Real Estate Entrepreneur, who solves problems;  You are not in the real estate business;  You are NOT an investor. 

I to plan to move to large multifamily properties and will be going full time as a real estate entrepreneur in May! 

I studied architecture at USC '08 but left the field soon after graduation to continue working on a business I started in my last semester. 7 years later, I am still an entrepreneur/ business owner and would like to continue building passive income through rental properties.

I'm a bit of a serial entrepreneur who has tried everything from real estate, to IT support (Server Admin by trade), to fire spinning performances.  

I have also done 3 lease options similar to Joe and Id tell you everything I know for the price of a beer haha. happy to motivate and teach entrepreneurs, I was there once and many people helped me get to where I am now.
