The main leads you want to focus on are the HOT leads (For Sale By Owner -FSBO, expired, incoming buyer leads) and the warm leads (personal circle/sphere of influence).Focus on speaking to as many people within a specific time block each day and do it consistently.

Hello, David Greene talks about this constantly on his podcast that there is not enough real estate investor friendly agents from coast to coast ;I have made a decision that i will specialize in working with investors only in my market; I have joined local REI and have been very vocal to my sphere of influence My question for other agents on this forum how did you become the go to person in your market (Investor friendly real estate agent)In addition is there books or courses that i should look into that will help me become more recognized in my local market ?

What I mean by this is listening to podcasts, reading books, making friends & genuine meaningful relationships with other people in the real estate space and hearing their story, seeing how you can help them, and just constantly absorbing information and being in the sphere, taking hands on action and learning “trial by fire” etc.

If they are not interested in anything, then I can still use all the contact info (emails, numbers, etc.) to put the information in my CRM and add these people to my sphere.
