At the moment I am currently wholesaling and looking to transition to multi-family investing . Knowing that I am new to apartment investing , what is something that I could implement into my syndication that would encourage you to invest as a LP ?

What it be more so of the conversation we have ?

Would it be more so of my team members ?

Or others ?

@Ligmon Williams

Your best path to MF is to use your wholesale skills - calling property owners etc - find a deal AND then partner with an experienced MF syndicator. You would get part of the GP and learn how to do it. Outside friends and family, it is pretty hard for a first time syndicator to raise capital from people they don’t know. Additionally since it appears you have no first hand experience running an apartment building, you should partner with someone that does.

Take a piece of the pie, learn and grow from there.

Hope this helps.
