Knowing of course that it is an IRS untaught method to their people who Audit return (of our SIC codes)-- An unknown fish so to speak that might cause them to simply redline it costing the customer big Bucks $$$$$$$$$ (and anxiety).The tax savings on a $30,000 write off should buy quite a few Mcdonald's cheeseburgers.

you order them from your title company however if CT is an attorney closing state you would have to ask them where you order it.. it just shows the liens and encumberances.. its not a full report though.. but it gets you started and they are usually about 100 bucks.

In a lot of ways i still feel 18 and i still have so much maturing to do, however i do feel mature in many aspects, i have a stable career, i pay all my bills, i have a car bill but it will be paid off ASAP (less then 300 a month) and no bad habits/addictions.

I don't know of any state in which you can get more bang for your buck in real estate investing at least if you are using the BRRR method.
