Where people go wrong 99.9% of the time is doing business based on friendships, or family.

If you made it through all of that, I applaud you and I can't express in words how incredible it is that investors like yourself are willing to dedicate the time to read all of that in order to help out people like me and forge new friendships and connections. 

Currently I'm taking the time to cultivate genuine relationships/friendships with other investors while learning investing terminology and calculations...etc.

@Larry Karp is yet another.I am grateful for the deals that have been accomplished and the monies made, but also for the friendships we have formed.

The main reasons:Another investor found me here on BP and we have quickly struck up a friendship.

I created lasting friendships that I will probably have forever and to me that is somewhat priceless.Did I learn much?

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to all the members here in hopes of gaining lasting partnerships and friendships with the people here.I am a 30 year old husband and father who lives in the insane area (real estate wise) of Vancouver BC Canada.

I am a firm believer that friendship is based on mutual respect and undying trust.
