As far as education, I have looked at a few courses with Susan Lassiter-Lyons, Peter Harris, Lance Edwards, Michael Blank and others.

Have a template that will give all their underwriters info so you don't have to fill up all those credit apps or if they insist put "see attached" on all applicable blanks.

There are still those that pop up on occasion.

It happens on occasion, but not frequently enough to run a viable flipping business if that's your goal.
