Hello All,

Here is my brief introduction, My name is Sami and I just relocated to the Denver area currently renting and am looking to house hack for my first investment property. I am a newbie to the Real estate investment world but I am looking to learn, research and do some homework on the Denver metro area. I am currently looking for properties in Littleton and if there are any investors already looking in this area, I would love to hear your insight/advice in purchasing a home in Littleton. 

In any case I am excited to learn from this community and gain some insight on investment properties.
