Considered putting em on the bathroom mirror but my roommate would probably find that annoying lol.

I asked him to show me the damages and among others he pointed to the driver side mirror which was broken off but when I looked closely, the area was all dusty and dirty which means that it was an old damage.

If you are shy or uncomfortable with being the boss, look at yourself in the mirror and remind yourself you already ARE the boss and start acting like it.

I got a deal on it because it needs a lot of cosmetic repair and isn't the most functional house (the previous owners didn't live here, and for reasons I still don't understand, removed the kitchen and remodeled the bathrooms, but left showers, vanities and mirrors out (just new tile, paint, and a toilet in each bathroom.

Smile at yourself in the mirror before you leave your car and you'll come off more genuine and trustworthy.
