Hi, my name is John Weathers. I am an energetic, charismatic person that always looks at life with a glass half full. I've been in banking for 10 years and have a fair amount of experience with home loans, more specifically with home equity financing options. I've always had an interest in real estate but never really got into it since its a conflict of interest with my job.

I'm 29 years and a newly wed with my wife that I've been with for 9 years. We actually met at the bank. She now has a pretty secure, well paying job but she also wants something more. She's currently in the process of getting her RE license. We just bought our first house last year in Long Beach and so far have earned some equity.

We really wanted to jump into real estate head first and we always have been fans of the famous flipping shows, especially "Flip or Flop." This brought us to one of the seminars that cost of $2000 to attend and then they talked us into $20K program that sounded like we would be getting a good amount of support. Since then we've established an LLC but not much else because we just don't know where to start. We're looking for some real coaching and a place where we can network.
