I am a former academic starting a new life as a real estate investor (and writer, and lawyer, and ...)

I work under one of the partners as a copy writer, junior marketing expert, web expert and so on.The hotel is still in the location scouting phase, but things are set to move quickly.At the moment, I'm writing a marketing proposal, which includes pretty much every real estate & marketing aspect except for the hotel management part (fortunately, because I know nothing about that).Do you guys have any resources on launching hotels?

I have an accepted offer and purchase contract but the under writer turn down the loan cause my credit is to new so I need another guarantor on the loan which I have, Should I wait for the Approval on the Loan first cause I need to have the inpection set up in teh next 5 business days.

The article writer or his source(s) may or may not have gotten a little loose with the allegations since it appeared the investor had equitable interest in the properties.

The name brand writers aren't necessarily the best commercial insurers.  

@Brandon Turner may be a good literary writer but no one can tell this case story with the same completeness, conviction and in your own brand of project management as you alone can.

Direct writers (Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, etc) are usually not a good fit for real estate investors.

Congratulations - someone thinks you are an excellent ad writer.

I have excellent knowledge but putting it in a writers style that some do is not my thing as much and doesn't come as natural for me then being on the forums does.
